Restaurant opening hours during the New Year holidays are as follows:

Tuesday, December 31, 2024: 12:00-16:00

Wednesday, January 1, 2025: 11:00-14:00

Thursday, January 2 , 2025 : 11:00-14:00

* Sashimi platters and hors d'oeuvres can only be picked up at the Amakusa Kaisengura storefront.
