  • Flow of reservation

    ★Please check the notes on each reservation page before making a reservation.

    ① Select the desired reservation date, menu, number of people, and proceed to the cart (button to proceed to reservation).
    *If the seats are full, you cannot select the number of people when selecting the number of people.
    *If you make a reservation on another site first, the schedule on this site will not be updated in real time. Therefore, even if you make a reservation, we may not be able to meet your request. Thank you for your understanding.

    (2) After confirming that the reservation details are correct, click the "Proceed to checkout" button to move to the customer information input screen.
    *If you have any contact information or allergies, please enter them in the remarks column.

    ③ Enter customer information and payment information, and click the "Complete Order" button to complete the reservation.
    *After the reservation is completed, we will inform you of the reservation details by e-mail.

  • About membership registration

    If you register as a member, you can make a reservation smoothly from the next time onwards.

    * Regarding the notation on my page,
    ・Due to the system's limitations, "unshipped/shipped" will be displayed even when making a reservation.
    ・Even if the reservation is changed due to system reasons, the date and time of the first reservation will be displayed.
    We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

  • About payment

    Web reservations only accept credit cards (VISA, Master, JCB, AMEX), Applepay, and Googlepay.

  • Purchase deadline

    Online reservations can be made up to 6 months in advance up to 1 hour before departure time on the same day.

    [Reservations for meals only]
    Online reservations can be made up to 6 months in advance up to the day before the date of use.

  • Change/Cancel

    Changes and cancellations cannot be made online. If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, please contact us via the inquiry form or by telephone.

    *When contacting us using the inquiry form, please contact us by the following hours. After that, we will contact you by phone.
